Visitor Centre Tea Room and Grounds
Gluten Free - contains nuts
No trip out in the Cheshire countryside is complete without a cuppa and maybe a slice of cake. Adjacent to the Mill, the Tea Room is popular with locals and tourists alike.
For the moment, the Tea Room will be serving tea, coffee and soft drinks together with our scrummy cakes and scones, of which the selection varies each week.
We hope that special catering, on request, will be possible in the near future, e.g. bespoke lunches and afternoon teas.
You can also hire the Visitor Centre as the venue for birthday parties etc - for more information please email us at judy.gray@bunburymill.com

Some of our delicious cakes!
Bunbury Water Mill is the perfect setting for relaxing with a picnic, especially in the picnic area outside to enjoy the sylvan backdrop of the mill and millpond.
You might have ducks as 'guests' to share your picnic, but please remember that picnic food is not good for their well-being. We have small packs of grain available for sale in the Centre - it's much better for them.

Whether you're waiting for your tour of the mill, or have already taken your tour, there is always time for a quiet cuppa and a piece of cake by the pond or on the lawn at the side of the centre.
A snack before you head home will give you time to reflect on your visit to the mill, and take in the centuries of history which have been presented to you by our knowledgeable volunteer guides. There are many leaflets, books and gifts available in the Centre's gift shop, for young and old alike, as a memento of your visit.
The Visitor Centre and Mill stand in two acres of wildlife-rich Cheshire country-side. Play the video to see the mill in a bird's-eye view over the rolling plains of Cheshire.
Depending on the time of year you may see butterflies, kingfishers, herons, damsel flies and dragonflies, frogs and ducks. You can feed our resident ducks and even watch our busy bees buzzing around their hive and making us some honey.
