Friendship of Bunbury Mill
The objectives of the Bunbury Watermill Trust are:
“To advance the education of the public in all aspects of the history of Bunbury, in particular the preservation, restoration, display and operation of Bunbury Watermill as a place of historical interest and by establishing a museum and education centre”
The preservation and operation of this ancient - but still fully functional - mill presents considerable funding challenges. To assist with their work, the Trustees invite their supporters to become Friends of Bunbury Mill, by making an annual donation to the trust. The minimum donation is £5 per adult, although larger sums are of course welcomed.
Membership provides free guided access to the mill when open to the public for a period of one year.
If you feel able to support the Trust in this way, please download an complete application form and return it with your donation or SO mandate.
The charity is registered for Gift Aid, and can claim, at current rates, 25p from HM Revenue and Customs for each pound contributed. For donations under £20 no certification is required, and It will not involve you in any additional cost or tax liability.
We hope you will share our enthusiasm for the preservation of this unique piece of English heritage, and look forward to welcoming you as a Friend of Bunbury Mill.
